1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Employees of Earth Mama Photography, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow our social media account and comment “Santa”, Share our social Media posts and tag @earthmamaphotography, tag a friend on our Santa post, sign up for our newsletter, sign up for SMS texting. Entries must be received by October 10th at 11:59pm.
3. Prize
The prize for this giveaway is a Santa Mini Session. The session takes place on October 26, 2024 in McKinney, TX. The session is 10 minutes long and includes 3 Digital File Downloads. Additional images may be purchased, but no additional purchase is required. The approximate retail value of the prize is $250. No cash or other substitutions will be offered.
4. Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on October 12, 2024. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
5. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to allow Earth Mama Photography to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Privacy
All personal information collected during this giveaway will be used in accordance with Earth Mama Photography’s privacy policy. Participants’ information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Disqualification
Earth Mama Photography reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
Earth Mama Photography is not responsible for any technical issues or other circumstances that may prevent participation or affect the outcome of the giveaway. By entering, participants release Earth Mama Photography from any liability.
