That is right!! It is Holiday Mini Session time. PLEASE read all the details. It really helps if you read it all to make sure this works for your family. There will be a limited number of them and I want to make sure everyone gets what they need for their holiday portraits. THE DETAILS:

Session Fee: $75

This covers my time and talent at your 30 minute mini session with up to 5 people. You may add up to two additional people for $15 each. If you have 8 subjects or more, you must book a full session. You do not receive any prints, digital images or products with your session fee. They must be purchased separately.

Collections:

We are offering 3 collections to choose from. As always, you may choose to purchase additional items from our a la carte menu. If you choose not to purchase a collection, you must meet our $250 minimum purchase from the a la carte menu. It is much cheaper to order a collection, but we like our clients to have the option to get what they need. These collections only apply to our Holiday Mini Sessions and are not applicable to any other sessions.

If you prepurchase a collection, you receive $25 off your collection price.

Your $75 (plus tax) session fee is due when you book your session.  You are always welcome to upgrade later if you decide you want more. This is a very easy way to save some money on your portrait session!

HOW IT WORKS:

You can book a 30 minute session on the following days:

You pay your $75 session fee when you book your date and time. There are no restrictions on dates/times for sessions, but please understand they are on a first come, first serve basis. If you also choose to prepay a collection, you will receive a $25 discount. It must be paid at the same time as your session fee. We accept checks if received within 5 days of your booking or debit/credit via email or phone. You will also receive a link complete all necessary forms online.

Your session will take place as scheduled! Clothing changes are not permitted and you will need to arrive on time to allow for a full 30 minutes. Please make sure you schedule a time that will work for everyone involved. This means dinnertime for little children or your husbands work schedule. We will work to get 8-10 great images of your family. Short and sweet!

Approximately 2 weeks after your session, you will receive a link to online proofs so that you may select your final choices. If you live within 10 miles of 75074, you may also choose in-person ordering. Please let me know when booking. If you are unclear about the differences, we are happy to explain further!

If you choose online ordering, your gallery will be active for 3 days. During those three days, you will need to place your order. Please be assured that your gallery will not go live without your knowledge. We want to make sure you have your full three days to decide.

Once your order is placed and paid for, it will be put into production. It can take 2-3 weeks for your order to be completed and ready, depending on the type of purchase you make. For this reason, all orders need to be submitted no later than November 5th to be back by December 1st. Our goal is to have everyones prints in their hands by December 1st, allowing plenty of time to address holiday cards or mail off gift prints to friends and family.

THE FINE PRINT:

These are mini sessions! We only do these during the holiday season for a reason. We understand not everyone wants or can afford the investment of a full session. These give everyone the chance to afford beautiful and custom portraits for their family. Please understand that these sessions can not be used in place of newborn sessions, cake smash sessions, other specialty shoots or take place indoors. If your child can not sit unassisted, please plan to be in the pictures with them. We also can not accept gift certificates or coupons for these mini sessions. Beyond that, get ready to love images of your family!

Below are samples of our holiday card templates. Please note that changes will only be made with the purchase of design time. If you select a card template that requires your name, that will be changed free of charge.
